It means the slaughter follows halal precepts and the product is certified by a recognised body. Azafaran works only with certified, traceable suppliers.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. We don't deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla yet. If you're unsure about your address, get in touch and we'll confirm.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders from €150. Below that it costs €7.49, always shown before you pay.
When will my order arrive?

Debit and credit cards. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; Azafaran never stores your card details.
Is the meat fresh or frozen?
All meat ships fresh and chilled in insulated packaging to keep the cold chain. You can freeze it the same day if you prefer.
Can I return a product?
Yes. If something isn't perfect, contact support from the app or email hola@azafaran.es and we'll refund or replace at no cost.
